Well, I understand we as Christians need to love our neighbor. Through a crisis in our family I encountered many gays in the medical field that were very loving and caring with my loved one, the bed manners, care and concern were great. I was able to treat them with respect and I would talk to them about the Lord and I was able to give some worship music cd's from the Church I attend and were well received. Now, as Christian I should guide a lesbian or gay that is seeking the Lord and if they are truly seeking the Lord and accept the Bible as the Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit to the men that wrote it, they would come out from that life of sin, yes sin. They have to repent and ask for forgiveness and repent and turn away from it/ The Word of God is very clear in that point. Since my experience at the hospital I have compassion for the people that live that life but I can not tell them to their face they can serve the Lord in that condition. I would not tell them they can not attend church because if I turn them away they will not have the opportunity to be exposed to the Word of God and the work the Holy Spirit can do in their lives.

Very interesting blog. Enjoyed reading it.

I know personally I struggle on building the bridge, I have an uncle who is openly gay and I struggle with not trying to sound judgmental. He is a believer and has to attend a church that is completely GLBT because he doesn't want to be judged.

One of the things that church really has to ask themselves is about "gay" marriage. If we do not marry because we believe its a sin, than we shouldn't marry many couples that come into our building. This issue I know will be a tough one to deal with in the upcoming years, which i fear the church will either go extremely to the right or extremely to the left on the issue.

Well that is enough of my thoughts. Sorry about the rant. Have a good week and looking forward to the nxt episode.
