Can I tell you this was your best show of the year! I know you only had 2 or 3 shows but this one was top notch. I like hearing about youth ministry across from different places.

I enjoyed hearing how some one else in a completely different environment does the same job as me and how his mind works. The ministers I normally talk to are friends I went to school with and I know I can sometimes get in a rut with creativity in my job.

I liked how you guys addressed the issue with "prayer?" protest. I thought that was interesting to hear. Also enjoyed hearing about Joel fundraiser, which gave me another option for us on our upcoming mission trip.

Also Joel talked about ministry in a rural area, my last job was in a town of 900 people where if you payed more than 50 cents for a cup of coffee you were called a city slicker. I struggled to fit in and apply youth ministry I grew up in, so it was good to hear about relating to a small town. I wished I heard that 6 years ago.

I don't know how you do this, but your podcast seems more personal and more applicable to ministry. So keep up the good work.
