		<description>&lt;p&gt;I think the training is key, but you&#039;re right, it is tough to generate on your own.  It sounds like Fellowship&#039;s pre-training is really cool!  For me, I always have a tough time knowing how to ask students to commit by going  to training, applying, etc., but also making the trips accessible.  I&#039;m thankful to be at a church that also has a missions pastor.  We do have a domestic short-term mission trip for students every so often, but our students are always welcome to be a part of the &quot;regular&quot; mission teams from our church...which I love!&lt;/p&gt;
